Here’s a simple three-step process to get revolutionary results in the new year:
Step 1: Choose some revolutionary results for your business in the new year.
Unfortunately, this is where most people stop. They pick a few New Year’s resolutions with no idea of what specific tactics they will implement to achieve their goals. Simple resolutions like “I will double my sales in 2015” are doomed to failure because they lack the specific steps to achieving the goal. This is why you must add Step 2 for achieving revolutionary results in 2015.
Step 2: Commit to some revolutionary strategies and tactics—the specific steps you need to take to achieve your goal.
Step 3: Write down your New Year’s revolutionary goal, strategies and tactics. Review them daily first thing in the morning and plan your day—plan your life—accordingly.
